Yes but only a few teachers that would have to go through a progam on when and how to use a gun and only a few teachers so they can help protect people.

I believe the school could have some form of weapon/security in case of an emergency like school shootings where the lives of multiple people are in danger

Only if the teacher has proper training, concealed carry, goes through rigorous background check and extensive physiological exam. Then every 6 months firearm proficiency exam.
